Problem

Running a 7v7 and flag football tournament means tracking players, teams, schedules, and standings across many games, work that usually spreads across spreadsheets, chat threads, and paper.

What I built

Dtached, a tournament platform for Canada's amateur 7v7 boys and flag girls football. It brings player cards, team management, tournament scheduling, and live standings into one platform, with role-based dashboards for admins, coaches, players, and staff. Checkout runs on Stripe with webhook-driven fulfillment and refund and dispute handling, waivers are signed with DocuSign eSignature, and the interface is bilingual in French and English with over 1,700 translation keys. Authentication uses JWT with Google OAuth and WebAuthn passkeys, and the database schema is managed with over 60 Flyway migrations.

Outcome

Players, teams, tournaments, and standings live in one place, so organizers and players follow the competition without chasing updates.
