Flowbooks is a live accounting platform for manufacturers and growing businesses: invoicing, production costing, inventory, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting in one workspace. It launched as Inventria and is now Flowbooks.
Problem
Growing businesses run their stock and books across spreadsheets that drift out of sync, so month-end close is slow and error-prone.
What I built
One platform that ties inventory movements to the books: invoicing, BOM and raw materials, production costing, bank reconciliation, and financial statements, with role-based access and audit-friendly records.
How I built it
A responsive React frontend on a REST API that owns the business logic, with PostgreSQL for persistence.
Outcome
Live in production with paying business clients, cutting manual entries and closing the month faster.
