I helped troubleshoot connectivity and service reachability issues using practical checks around DNS, DHCP, routing basics, and HTTP/HTTPS. I also supported onboarding and internal continuity by assisting with system setup, access provisioning, and user training for staff, and by documenting recurring issues in a way that made triage faster and more repeatable.
