The Experience

Supported a trading operations organisation by building and maintaining backend services that connect trading platforms to internal operational systems. I worked on integrations across MT5, cTrader, and MatchTrader, focusing on account lifecycle events, user provisioning, and operational workflows used by internal teams. I built and maintained REST APIs backed by SQL databases, and I helped improve day to day operational reliability by reducing manual reconciliation through cleaner data flows and better internal visibility. On the product side, I built internal React and TypeScript dashboards that consumed Java APIs to surface account status, activity, and exceptions so teams could triage issues faster. I also containerised services with Docker, supported deployments on AWS, and added basic CI checks and build automation with GitHub Actions to keep releases consistent.
